Fourteen years after they performed together at halftime of football’s biggest game, Britney Spears and Steven Tyler reunited at Super Bowl XLIX on Sunday and took to Twitter to memorialize the occasion.
The Aerosmith frontman posted a photo of himself with Spears kissing his cheek and captioned it, “JUST GIVE ME A KISS… BRIT.”
Aerosmith and ‘N Sync famously teamed up in 2001 to perform a medley of their hottest hits during halftime of that year’s big game, and during “Walk This Way,” Spears, Mary J. Blige and Nelly all stormed the stage to join in on the fun.
