In 2013, Denver radio DJ David Mueller was fired after allegations from Taylor Swift and her security team that he groped the star during a meet and greet event. Mueller later sued Swift for slander, and Swift countersued for assault.
“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek, and no matter how much I scooted over, it was still there,” Swift stated in a July 2016 deposition, which was recently released. “It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”
Swift went on to say she felt “violated” by Mueller. The case is still ongoing.
