Celine Dion revealed in an emotional new interview with ABC News that her husband, René Angelil, exclusively uses a feeding tube to eat as he continues to battle throat cancer.
“He can’t use his mouth,” Dion said. “He can’t eat, so I feed him. He’s got a feeding tube. I have to feed him three times a day. I do this myself, and so I feed my husband and feed my kids.”
Despite her husband’s illness, Dion announced earlier this week that she will soon be returning to her Las Vegas residency with an all-new show for her fans. She has been on hiatus since August of 2014 to tend to Angelil.
