Amanda Seyfried admitted to Us Weekly earlier this week that she’s not completely into today’s youth culture of spending so much time connected to social media.
“[Younger people] spend the entire day on Instagram, and they also take pictures of themselves and post them all the time with a veiled brag,” she told the mag. “It’s sad.”
One person who she thinks gets the social media thing right, however, is fellow celeb Taylor Swift.
“Taylor Swift is pretty hip,” Seyfried said. “She seems pretty honest. I think that’s hip. She’s promoting knowing yourself, and that’s the best idol.”
