For new mom Jessa Duggar Seewald, having a mother who has raised 19 kids is a blessing.
“Even when I feel overwhelmed, she’s always there to encourage me,” she says, adding that Michelle Duggar is like a “baby encyclopedia.”
Still, Seewald admits she isn’t trying to emulate her mother’s parenting style in every way. “There will be variations with little things here and there,” she says. “That’s the beauty of the individual family. No one is identical.”
Seewald and hubby Ben welcomed their 5-month-old son Spurgeon in November and are looking forward to growing their family in the future.
