Chloe Grace Moretz has been cast in the title role of the upcoming live-action Little Mermaid film from Universal.
“Been waiting a long time to tell you guys !!” Moretz wrote on Twitter on Friday, Nov. 7. “#TheLittleMermaid going to be a beautiful experience! Can’t wait to show everyone my Mermaid!”
The script has been written by Richard Curtis. No director has yet been chosen.
