Tracy Morgan was released from rehab, and is taking immediate legal action.
The comedian is suing Wal-Mart for the New Jersey Turnpike accident that killed passenger James McNair and put Morgan in critical condition.
The suit claims that the company should have made sure that truck driver Kevin Roper was rested enough to drive.
