A source has revealed to Us Weekly that Sarah Hyland, who took out a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Matt Prokop earlier this week, is in a better place now and ready to move on.
“She’s a strong girl,” the source said. “I have no doubt she will bounce back from this. She’s been through a lot in her life, but she’s still an amazing and strong person.”
Hyland and Prokop had dated for five years before splitting earlier this summer.
