In an interview with People Magazine, Kate Gosselin has revealed that her 10-year-old son Collin is “away” in a treatment program for his special needs.
“[There’s] a fairly fluid diagnosis of what those needs are, but he needs to learn certain strategies to help him deal with things,” Gosselin explained. “This has been a struggle we’ve had for a very long time.”
The infamous mom of eight – including Collin, who is one of six sextuplets – hopes Collin will benefit from the specialized program.
“We miss him so much… But it comforts us to know he’s where he needs to be right now, and I can feel good about that,” Gosselin says.
