Ever the jokester, James Franco took to Instagram on Monday to poke fun at one particular photo that surfaced over the weekend from the set of his latest film, In Dubious Battle, based on the John Steinbeck novel of the same name.
In the snapshot, Selena Gomez – who stars in the film – looks down adoringly at a little baby in her arms, prompting her director to crack a joke before anyone else could.
“Selena and I had a baby. It was born during Sprang Break,” he wrote, referencing the 2013 film Spring Breakers they previously co-starred in.
