A video recently surfaced of a 15 year-old Justin Bieber telling an offensive, racist joke to a group of friends.
Bieber immediately apologized for the 5 year-old video, stating that he “didn’t understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt.”
The 20 year-old has faced a lot of heat recently due to other controversies, such as DUIs, attempted robberies, and assault.
