Although she has been referring to him as her “husband” for more than a year now, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s attorney says she and tech investor Nick Gordon are not married.
“To correct earlier reports,” her attorney, Christopher Brown, said in a statement, “Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon.”
The official statement comes as somewhat of a shock to most, as Brown and Gordon took to their respective social media accounts in January of 2014 to share the news of their supposed “marriage.”
“@nickgordon! #HappilyMarried SO #InLove. If you didn’t get it the first time that is,” Brown wrote at the time.
