Mischa Barton is $100,000 behind on her mortgage payments and could lose her home to foreclosure if she doesn’t pay up. According to TMZ, she has already been handed a default notice.
The 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion is located in Beverly Hills and was purchased in 2005 for $6.4 million.
