Harvey Weinstein Denies Salma Hayek’s Sexual Harassment Claims

After Salma Hayek came forward as the latest female star to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment, the former movie mogul issued a statement denying all of Hayek’s claims, including that he once threatened to kill her.

“All of the sexual allegations as portrayed by Salma are not accurate and others who have witnessed the event have a different account of what transpired,” the statement read in part.

More than 70 women have come forward to accuse Weinstein of harassment, assault or rape. He was fired by his own company, Miramax, and expelled from the Television Academy.
