On the October 25 episode of Live With Kelly and Ryan, Kelly Ripa broke down while telling a story about her youngest son Joaquin. However, the talk show host and mom of three quickly mentioned that she was shedding tears of joy.
“A lot of you that watch the show know he has dyslexia, so school has always been a very big challenge for us in our household,” Ripa explained before telling the audience that Joaquin was achieving straight A’s as a high school Freshman. “I said, ‘I’m so proud of you.’”
Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos are also parents to Michael, 20, and Lola, 16.
