Much of Bachelor Nation was rooting for Rachel Lindsay to choose Peter Kraus in the dramatic season finale of The Bachelorette, but Kraus was sent home in an emotional breakup that had fans in tears – and some wondering whether Lindsay settled for now-fiancé Bryan Abasolo simply because Kraus wasn’t ready to propose.
Kraus is a fan-favorite to become the next Bachelor, but would the personal trainer and business owner consider it? Kraus spoke to Good Morning America’s Michael Strahan on August 9 to answer that question.
“I’d have to think a lot about it,” Kraus, 31, told Strahan, adding that he’s “getting to a happy place” post-split from Lindsay.
