Never say never.
Although Khloe Kardashian is currently committed to keeping up her appearance by way of the gym and a healthy diet, she says surgical enhancements aren’t totally out of the question.
“I’m not against plastic surgery,” she told Cosmo Body. “If you want to do a tweak, I’m all for it, but you have to love yourself first because no surgery is going to change your heart.”
