In a scary moment for fans, singer Meat Loaf collapsed onstage during a concert in Canada. The 90’s sensation, now 68, was in the middle of singing his chart-topper “I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That)” when he dropped the microphone and fell to the ground.
A black curtain was drawn across the stage almost immediately, and the band stopped playing. An ambulance was called to the scene and Meat Loaf, real name Marvin Lee Aday, was taken to a local hospital. Doctors say he suffered “a fainting episode.”
This marks the second time Meat Loaf has collapsed onstage, the first time being in 2011 in Pittsburgh.
