Kelly Rowland’s mother, Doris Rowland Garrison, died on Tuesday at the age of 66, the Associated Press has confirmed.
Garrison’s death comes just days before her 67th birthday and less than a month after Rowland welcomed son Titan with husband Tim Witherspoon.
In her statement to the AP, Rowland refers to her mother as an “incredible soul.”
