One month ago, Zelda Williams took a break from social media after being bullied by Internet trolls in the wake of her father Robin Williams’s death.
Now she’s back online, and on Tuesday she took a moment to thanks her fans for their love and support during this difficult time in her life.
“I just want to say thank you for all the stories and letters I’ve been receiving, especially from those who’ve also lost loved ones,” Williams wrote. “I don’t come online often, but reading of others who have dealt with this loss & gone on to live happy, full lives is helpful. Truly.”
Zelda had tweeted once previously earlier this month, when she quoted Harvey Fierstein, urging her fans to “never be bullied into silence.”
