Just minutes before proclaiming on “The View” that women “need to stop ripping on each other and empower one another,” Jenny McCarthy made a joke at the expense of Hilary Clinton – questioning the former First Lady’s sexuality – and later regretted it.
McCarthy took to her blog to apologize for what she said.
“That night, as I lay in bed and reflected on my day, I realized I was a hypocrite,” she wrote. She also mentioned that she hopes to one day be “an example of female empowerment.”
