It’s been eight years since Heath Ledger’s tragic death shocked Hollywood, and now his father is sharing information about the night before his son’s passing.
“It was totally his fault,” Kim Ledger said of his son’s overdose. “His sister was on the phone with him the night before telling him not to take the prescription medications with the sleeping tablets.
Autopsy results showed that the younger Ledger died from a combination of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam and doxylamine.
“You can’t blame anyone else in that situation,” Kim Ledger concluded. “That’s hard to accept because I loved him so much.”
