Bruce Jenner is still feeling the effects of his February car crash that left a woman dead.
Earlier this month, the victim’s two adult stepchildren filed a lawsuit against the former Olympian, seeking retribution after reportedly suffering “enormous damages.”
Now, however, Jenner is firing back and has asked the judge to throw out the suit.
According to Jenner’s lawyer, the victim’s children were 57 and 60 years old and were “not financially dependent upon their elderly stepmother for the necessities of life.”
