Britney Spears rang in the New Year with a smile, thanks to rumored love interest Sam Asghari.
On January 1, the singer posted a cozy photo on Instagram showing she and Asghari sharing a romantic dinner together, with his arm around her shoulders. Spears captioned the pic with a simple, “Happy New Year.”
Rumors first began to surround the pair after Asghari, who met Spears when he starred in her sexy “Slumber Party” music video, posted a photo of Spears at dinner with him in in November. However, neither has confirmed a romantic relationship and Asghari took the photo down soon after posting.
