Kelly Clarkson admitted to Nick Grimshaw on the BBC’s Radio 1 Breakfast Show on Tuesday that her pregnancy with daughter River, now 7 months, was less than enjoyable.
“I was hospitalized,” Clarkson said. “It was just kind of a bad pregnancy, so I had to take off way more time than normal.”
In the end, though, the singer says it was all worth it. River is the first child for Clarkson and her husband, Brandon Blackstock.
